Reed Finance is proud to be partnering exclusively with a market-leading, owner-managed manufacturing business (t/o c. £20m) based in Stroud recruiting for a Finance Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business. The current Finance Director is planning a comprehensive handover so this could be a great opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to step up.

Salary £85,000-£90,000 + car + bonus

This is a hands-on role; from running the day-to-day finances through to supporting business decisions and being a key part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
• Monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports to the Board
• Annual statutory accounts and audit
• Annual budgets
• Ensuring all tax returns are submitted, and paid accurately and on time
• Cash management, including regular forecasts, and foreign exchange forward contracts
• Ensuring adequate financial controls
• Supervision of small Finance team
