Purpose of the Job
• To provide procurement operational business support in a timely manner, including:
• Managing the end-to-end process of:
• Responding to an internal or external customer need
• Generating and issuing RFQ documentation
• Supporting supplier evaluation and re-evaluation
• Identifying, appraising, approving and creating vendors in the ERP system
• Placing accurate purchase orders in the ERP system
• Expediting deliveries on time and in full
• Resolving invoice queries where applicable
• To support supplier development activities/improvements in the areas of:
• Cost
• Delivery
• Quality
• Develop and work within policy and procedural departmental requirements (e.g. ISO9001)

Main duties to be carried out
• Work closely with Quality to achieve product/component conformance
• Responsible for identification, selection and onboarding of suppliers (NDA, RFQ, RTQ)
