We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office administrator at an innovative and open-minded company based right here in Rochester.
Our client is an awesome, down-to-earth and friendly team and they're on the hunt for a new part-time administrator to join them for afternoon shifts.
You Will Be Responsible For
• Managing sales and purchase orders
• Handling invoicing tasks
• Taking care of all office admin and prepared to train onto bookkeeping / finance system
Good written and spoken English essential as you are dealing with big clients!
Our Client Is Seeking Someone Who
• Is a bit of a whiz when it comes to sales, purchase orders and systems.
• Knows their way around office, do some invoicing, sales, client liaison and more.
You should find the £14.00 to £ 15.00 per hour rate pretty sweet.
