HCRG Staffing are looking for a Payments Assistant to work in a busy finance team for Sandwell Children's Trust, in West Midlands.

This is a minimum 3 month locum contract will a view to extend and the service will consider full or part time hours.

Excellent pay rate up to £18.70 per hour (umbrella).

Job Summary
• To support the payments relating to the provision of accommodation for looked after children, Youth Offending Service, Leaving Care, Supported Lodgings and training flats worth over £3M per month.
• To ensure the accuracy and consistency of records relating to the payments made and support the production of ongoing financial projections.
• Assist in resolving invoice queries to avoid overpayment and recover funds when appropriate.
• To support the wider payments and finance team as required.
• To act as a contact point for external providers and social workers in relation to payments
