Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start or further your career in finance? We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the purchase ledger tasks efficiently.
• Handle new vendor approvals and purchase order approvals.
• Match and verify purchase orders and goods received notes with supplier invoices.
• Post-purchase invoices onto our accounting software, Business Central (BC).
• Oversee direct import supplies (drop shipments) and coordinate with stock management.
• Add any invoices without purchase order proof to SharePoint for approval.
• Process proforma invoices for payment and reconcile them against VAT invoices.
• Perform regular reconciliation of supplier statements.
