Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.01 for stores inside the M25 but excluding London Boroughs and is £14.21 for stores within Inner London – London Boroughs. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
