We’re supporting our client, a leading global Storage components manufacturer based in Banbury, who are looking for a Shift Leader to join their growing team. The successful Shift Leader will have experience of Injection Moulding Production Processes, KPI’s and Training staff.

Position Overview: As an Injection Moulding Shift Leader, you'll be effectively supervising a shift within the Injection Moulding Department to ensure the smooth running of the production process. Supervising and training staff to maximise potential output. Ensuring production output levels are maximised in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
