NORCAP in cooperation with the African Union (AU) is hiring the Technical Officer to the Director of Health and Humanitarian Affairs.

The Technical Officer position is for an initial period of **one (1) year, the first three (3) months** of which shall be on probation. The assigned duty station is **Addis Ababa, Ethopia**. This is an English-speaking role and to be eligible to apply, you must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of French language or another EU country languages an asset.
