Role Description

This is a full-time (or possibility of part-time) on-site role located in Pointe-Claire, QC for a Surgical Patient Coordinator at a Plastic Surgery Clinic. The Surgical Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, coordinating surgical schedules and procedures, conducting consultations, and providing pre and post-operative care instructions to patients.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in plastic surgery or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and medical professionals in a compassionate and professional manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage surgical schedules and patient inquiries
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures, with an ability to learn relevant laws, regulations, and protocols
