Job Summary:

You will interact with customers who come into the post office, and serve them using an approach which emphasizes on the customer. This position can only be filled by people who are ambitious, talented and self-driven, thus there is a chance for growth within Canada Post.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sell postal products and services to both the business community and the public.
• Sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate classifications.
• Provide customers with information, forms, and assistance.
• Promptly resolve delivery issues as well as problems of service provision.
• Maintain high level of quality service; ensure that customers are satisfied.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Provincial Equivalency Certificate (PEC) or a Grade 12 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Cash handling experience in a retail/sales environment involving either contact with the public or cash transactions
