People in Training organization
• Deliver on our processes to build and develop the training organization in (insert area here). This includes
• Interviewing and selecting candidates for the shop-floor trainer role.
• Deliver standard training to certify shop floor trainers in our training method (Job Instruction)
• Deliver training to build documentation skills for shop floor trainers
• Providing ongoing coaching and support that relates to training delivery.
• Overall leadership and development of the people within the training organization based on philosophy and framework given by L&D (PO&D) and LCI.
