Of Sorts is a multidisciplinary design studio specializing in exhibition design, with a focus on retail environments and events. With our recent expansion to include production capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor/Production Manager to join our team.

Job Decription :
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage and monitor the attendance, discipline, and performance of workshop staff.
• Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to troubleshoot any production challenges and find innovative solutions.
