We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team , the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant, young, and fast thinking “Retail Sales Account Manager” to be part of our successful team in our "Retail Sales Team".

You have a challenging mission for:

Supervise Nova Stores of your responsibility in order to meet the company's operational standards for high quality customer service.

What will you do:
• Design and implement action plans per store and per product, to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
• Coordinate, guide and support of the Nova Stores franchisees and sales teams through daily stores visits
• Monitor, analyze and effectively affect results per store and per sales agent

It would be great if you have:
• BSc degree from AEI or TEI. Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in sales
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
