The Back Office Services Assistant (F/M) will take the responsibility to work like key Pillar of the Service Organization in supporting the Service Engineers, Implementing processes and coordination with cross functions. We are looking for a Part-Time contract (30 hours per week).

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities
• Service and spares order processing
• Service contract creation
• Service billing
• Maintain good coordination with Commercial Operation team
• Coordinate with Field service team
• Service calls registration and updation in the system
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly reports
• Document orders / invoices / reports
• New vendor registration
• Account receivables follow ups with key customers
• Assist Head of Service

What Will Convince Us
• Bachelor in any stream with 2+ Experiences
• Experience with customer support functions
• Ability to take ownership of the processes
• Independent, mature and self-driven
