WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager NAMR - Corporate Finance & Strategy, you will support CFS NAMR Regional Practice Area Leader to sett the strategic agenda and drive implementation for the business. You will work closely with CFS NAMR PA leadership team (regional business leaders, regional people & diversity leaders, system nodes, and regional initiative leaders) to drive the business and people agenda of the practice. You will manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline, sold cases and other KPI tracking), in collaboration with the global business/topic managers. You will drive regional people related processes, assets and initiatives for the practice, such as PDPC, ECT, DEI and L&D.
