RESEARCH ASSISTANT – ACCOUNT & ADMIN

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance & Account:

1. Maintain payments documents in proper and tidy condition;

2. Monitor and compile site petty cash payment in softcopy and hardcopy, filing all bills/receipts/invoice and payment vouchers to KK office. Prepare reconciliation on the balance and reimbursement;

3. Receiving petty cash claim from all staffs and prepare voucher for payment then submit to manager for approval and payments;

4. Key in invoices payments, cash and outstation claims and journal vouchers (JV) in monthly and annual accounts until preparation of the financial statement including the notes to the accounts for management review and decision making;

5. Receive order for lab consumables, prepare PO for supplier and receiving invoices/bills from suppliers, matching with PO and KIV for payment in the following month;
