What You'll Be Doing: The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability of products and for planning and analyzing the needs of each campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and analyze the needs of each campaign.
• Ensure allocations from Poland.
• Plan shipments.
• Collaborate with the 3PL team to ensure product reception.
• Calculate the coverage of each campaign.
• Communicate risks and root causes of shortages and potential shorts with the internal team to devise an action plan.
• Coordinate with the activation service for the selection of products for local offers.
• Work on enhancing the branch service levels: OFR/PFR/Short pick
• Minimize obsolescence and excess.
• Ensure Supply review presentation per campaign.
• Ensures that the 3PL interface is functioning as expected.
• Stock analysis and stock GAPs corrections with 3PL.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
