● Foster relationships with existing partners while actively seeking opportunities for expansion.

● Provide support to interns and employers throughout the hiring process.

● Address inquiries and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.

● Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

● Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in a dual-sided marketplace environment.

● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts.

● Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

● Willingness to travel occasionally to international program locations.

● Self-motivated and adaptable team player with a proactive approach.
