Job Description For Recruitment Consultant
• Understanding the Client's requirement, source the profiles based on the clients requirements using different portals, through references, from database from professional social network
• Providing End-to-end recruitment solutions single point of contact for several Clients
• Maintaining a Tracker which contains complete details of each and every requirement handled like Client details, candidate details, and requirement details.
• Maintaining daily reports for CV submissions made and calls made to candidates.
• To conduct the initial screening and interviews for junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement from the Client.
• Scheduling and Facilitating Interviews.
• Maintaining rapport with the candidates and Client.
• Follow-up of payments.
• Visit to Client locations to understand grasp their manpower requirements - based on need of the Company.
