RSD are seeking a Road Worker to undertake maintenance on highways and roads.

Candidates MUST have a current driving licence and ideally have some previous labouring experience preferably on roads or highways however similar labouring experience will be considered.

To undertake minor and routine planned and unplanned maintenance of the Highways asset infrastructure, such as potholing

and patching, kerb and path edging replacements, fencing, hazarding, minor drainage works and site clearances.
• To undertake planned and/or routine civil works to non-adopted highway related areas such as schools, parks, rights of way

and property assets.
• To operate a variety of tools in a safe and proper manner, undertaking safety checks and notifying any defects.
• Use of equipment and machinery for the highway maintenance including strimmers, hedge cutters in a safe and proper manner,
