Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• To support a young person and his family to ensure their safety and well-being.
• To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the client’s equipment and surroundings.
• To support the family with some simple domestic tasks to free time up for mum.
• To support Mum to spend time with her son and be able to play with him as she has

a health condition that means she tires very easily.
• To develop a positive relationship with the whole family.
• To interact with the young person.
• To work alongside a parent or another member of the team when required but to

work independently in the home too.
