Main Purpose of Role:
• The PMO Lead will manage the Programme and Project delivery team and will be involved in a global Business and IT change programme. The PMO Lead will be responsible for defining and leading PMO activities to support the overall change and project activities providing the governance, visibility and support required to deliver a successful programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Delivery - to agreed time cost and quality
• Compliant PM and PMO functions with up to date data and consistent processes in place for tracking, reporting and controls
• Deliver on Company priority programmes including Finance, HR and PMS
• Provide ongoing insights to support improvements, governance and decision making
• Provide fit for purpose specialist approaches recognised by the business as fit for purpose
