Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Supported Living Team Leader to join Trafford Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:
• To supervise Support Workers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that services provided by the team are of a consistently high quality, ensuring continuity of person centred care and support and adhering to the guidelines of best practice
• To allocate tasks to Support Workers on a daily basis and to effectively co-coordinate all available resources to ensure the safe, efficient and effective running of the service
• To ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with those policies, practices and procedures of the Local Authority and Regulatory Authorities including the Care Quality Commission
