Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to oversee budget control on our large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget management, familiarity with Gsuite, and expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM). Additionally, the candidate should be adept at conducting diagnostic assessments and gap analyses to align project performance with strategic targets.

Responsibilities:
• Implement budget control measures and procedures for large-scale projects.
• Utilise EVM techniques to monitor project performance and cost efficiency.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify gaps between project performance and strategic targets.
• Propose adaptations to governance structures, rituals, and tools to improve project performance.
• Develop incremental roadmaps for the deployment of governance adaptations over various time frames (6 months, 1 year, 2 years).
