We have an exciting opportunity to join our Volunteer Services Department to assist with supporting and helping our team of committed volunteers in providing a professional and valuable service to our patients and families.
Your day will involve
• General administration support and maintaining accurate records
• Organising volunteer rotas within the hospice
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of volunteers.
• Providing wellbeing support to our team of wonderful volunteers
About you
We are looking for someone with…
• Excellent administration skills and experience.
• Highly competent user of Microsoft Office packages as well as confident in the use of databases.
• High levels of accuracy within standards of work.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to remain calm and positive when working under pressure.
• Great organisation experience and able to manage own workload and stay motivated with changing demands/priorities
