Our client, a well-established Fire & Security company in Leicestershire, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

This role provides significant growth opportunities for a seasoned manager aiming to contribute to the business's development.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a team of Co-ordinators for Maintenance & Installation
• Supervising the Works Schedule
• Supporting the Maintenance Co-ordinator in closing daily completed tasks
• Leading Monthly Team Meetings
• Reporting weekly progress to Senior Management
• Supervising all aspects of the business, including Sales, Design, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Engineers.

Requirements:
• Previous management experience in the Fire & Security sector
• Strong knowledge of the Fire & Security Industry (Fire, CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
