Join a well-established law firm in Crewe as a Residential Conveyancer! We're seeking an experienced individual with 1 to 5 years of conveyancing experience to join our clients vibrant property team.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
• Conducting searches, drafting contracts, and handling exchange and completion processes efficiently.
• Providing excellent client service and ensuring all transactions comply with legal regulations and standards.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
