The homes are for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our client is looking for a Deputy Managerfor their home in Chatham, Medway. The salary is between £34,000- £37,000, dependent on experience.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Deputy Manager
• To support the Manager to provide the team with positive leadership and guidance to ensure that the welfare of the childrenis paramount, and the children are supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• To support the Manager to ensure all team members are compliant with Ofstedregulations.
