BuxtonFabulous, growing business in the High Peak currently have an immediate opening for a highly organised, assertive and experienced 'Operations Planner' to work in their Head office function. Reporting to the Operations Director the main remit is to support the field team with their day to day duties including accommodation and ensure the compliance and training process is up to date. You have excellent administration skills, be an adept multi-tasker and used to a fast paced, changing environment.
Core Duties include:
• Management and ownership of operations work planner
• Admin support for the Operations team
• Aid successful new starter process
• Plan ahead on training requirements ensuring up to date records
• Organise and review of labour resource planner, working with the Engineers, Supervisors and Project Managers to allocate the correct resource in the most efficient way
