Our new Director of School Improvement will demonstrate a proven track record in delivering the highest quality of teaching and learning, strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience of senior school leadership. Enthusiasm for learning, a willingness to challenge and be challenged, and aspirational goals for excellent pupil outcomes are essential. You will work closely with the Trust CEO and our excellent headteachers.

In particular, the trustees are seeking an inspirational leader who can:
• support school leaders to deliver rapid progress and attainment for all pupils across multiple locations
• show high expectations of what can be achieved and believe all children can be successful
