Our recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client's team at the Bridgwater Police Centre. Reporting to the Account Manager, the Contract Administrator will play a key role in managing the administrative functions across two contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

About the job:
• Monday - Friday
• 8.00am - 17.00pm
• £12.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Permanent

Job Responsibilites:
• Handle administrative tasks related to the contract, including purchase orders, Maximo support, managing work orders, SAP invoicing, etc
• Provide administrative support to onsite and offsite teams and managers
• Advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and check the validity of sub-contractor advice notes and invoices
