Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000. Working hours are Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Duties:
• Previous experience of property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold property.
• Good technical knowledge of property law.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.
• An ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and client care.

Experience required:
• 2 years’ PQE
• Experience of acting for lenders would be ideal
