Job Title: County Administrator

Location: County Office, Lodge Hill but hybrid working

Salary: £11.48 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week. Days and hours are flexible to meet the needs of West Sussex Scouts and the candidate. Flexibility to cover sickness and holiday is required for which extra duty payment would be made.

Reports to: County Secretary

Probationary period: 3 months

Summary of Job

West Sussex County Scout Council operates a small office based at Lodge Hill near Pulborough to deal with general enquiries and provide administrative support to the County Lead Volunteer, Chair and various team members.

Principle responsibilities:

· Use Microsoft 365 applications to prepare, write and send letters, emails, and memoranda.

· Input invoices for payment onto County banking system

· Copy type, print and collate papers and documents for meetings, induction packs and events.
