Key responsibilities include answering phones, providing first-line phone support, managing the inbox, and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you will achieve:
• Take ownership of the system inbox, allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
• Answer first-line queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
