Position: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Banbury

Salary: £22,000-£27,000 + commission

Work pattern: Monday-Friday- 8.45-5.30pm & every other Saturday 8.45-1pm

Hybrid: Office Based

Start date: ASAP

Experience required: Basic Administration, Microsoft Office, high attention to detail, organisation

We are delighted to be working with an established Estate Agent based just outside of Banbury, specialising in country, equestrian properties, and more. They are looking for an Administrator to come on board into their team, to be the main co-ordinator between valuation and putting the property on the market.

What will the role involve?
• Registering Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants
• Arranging Appointments
• Typing Up Valuation Letters, Memorandum of Sale Letters, Exchange Letters, Invoices, Fall Through and Withdrawal Letters
• Ordering of Photographs, Floorplans, and EPC’s
• Adding Property Details and Photographs to the System
