International real estate agency founded in 2002 with five offices in the Valencia Region of Spain is looking to employ a full-time marketing expert on a permanent basis to take charge of CRM and Customer Journey Management.

The role would entail analysing and improving our client journey to maximize conversion of leads into clients, and ultimately into listings and sales.

Improving and even reshaping the customer journey will also require the timely creation of engaging content for the HomeEspaña website and email marketing campaigns to keep us at the top of our clients’ minds.

Lastly, the successful candidate will utilise our CRM system to its full potential to maximise conversion of leads into sales by implementing marketing and IT projects (in collaboration with CRM and website developers) to improve existing solutions or develop new ones.
