We have a new Canada-based client who is looking for Back Office Agents to add to our Team. The first class starts on March 18th.

As a Back Office Agent, you will:

Handle back-end tasks while also regularly interacting with customers via email. The position will work our manual review and dispute work types, responding to inbound service requests and answering customer questions about background reports, primarily via case or email.

Key Responsibilities
• Resolving complex billing, collection, and customer contract queries.
