Responsibilities

As the Head of Talent, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our talent management strategies and initiatives. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent. You’ll report directly to their Co-CEO, and collaborate with our other teams.
• Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions.
• Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops.
