Role: IT Support Specialist

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: West GTA

Salary: $50k to $60k (Max is $63k) + 3 Weeks Vacation + Strong Benefits + Over time pay

Requirements:
• 2+ Years experience working in IT / Help Desk role
• Providing L1 and L2 Support
• Office 365 / Basic Azure
• Active Directory
• Hardware trouble shooting (Printers, PCs, Laptops etc)
• Mobile phone support / MDM
• PC imaging; remote access tools
• VoIP
• Working with ticketing systems
