Fort Equipment is a full-service Kubota farm and construction equipment dealership that has served northern Nova Scotia and Southern New Brunswick for over 40 years and two generations. We are looking for someone to help us continue to provide a high level customer support in the service department.

Responsibilities for this position:
• Assist the Service Manager to co-ordinate the daily operations of the service department
• Assist the Service Manager to manage the shop schedule and assign jobs
• Receive calls and work with customers
• Process work orders
• Ensure customer, internal and warranty work orders are complete
• Assist with job scheduling

Skills:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Customer service skills

Education:
• Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field

Experience
• Experience operating and/or repairing farm equipment an asset
