Experienced Real Estate/Wills Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our Team

Company Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Okotoks, AB for a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Southern Alberta Law Offices. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative support to lawyers and paralegals, maintaining and organizing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing legal correspondence and documents, and assisting with the preparation of legal briefs, pleadings, and trial binders.

Qualifications
• Completion of a Paralegal or Legal Assistant program
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
