You will be responsible for:
• Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate quality training for staff, ensuring they are trained in relevant procedures and standards.
• Manage quality documentation, including the development, review, and update of quality manuals, procedures, and records.
• Investigate and manage customer complaints, identifying underlying causes and coordinating corrective actions.
