The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
• Recruitment work for factory positions, including recruitment needs analysis, job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, etc;
• Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals;
• Establish and maintain recruitment channels, expand new recruitment channels, and improve recruitment effectiveness;
• Manage and train the recruitment team to improve their recruitment capabilities;
• Employee onboarding training and probationary period management to ensure smooth integration of employees into the company culture;
