JOB PURPOSE

Sales and marketing of process equipment as well as technical support for commissioning, operating, and maintenance of installed equipment, repairs, and spares.

JOB FUNCTION

Quarterly and annual sales targets are met

Call reports are prepared in time and distributed to stakeholders, management reports are prepared by the due date as required

Technical input and support for quotes/tenders are provided as required, and T&C’s and exclusions are clearly defined when quoting/tendering - where applicable

Clients are called on as per schedule/agreement with the manager, assist with enquiry reviews when required, and ensure all client requests are responded to within 24 hours

Validation of installed database of process equipment and acquisition of related process and operational data

Immediate action is taken on non-compliance issues

Installation, commissioning, operating, and maintenance assistance is provided as required
