QUALIFICATIONS:

þ Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills

þ Exceptional General Maintenance experience (5 years)

þ Project Management Essential

þ MS Office (Excel & Stock system) Essential

þ Valid RSA ID is required

þ Valid Drivers License

EXPERIENCE:

þ Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project Management and General Building Maintenance within the hospitality industry - experience of at least 5 to 10 years.

þ Attention to Detail

þ Reliability and adaptability

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

þ General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.

þ Upkeep repairs of all public areas.

þ General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.

þ Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.

þ Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.

Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
