Reporting to the General Manager. Purchasing & Cost Control Manager should be able to ensure all purchasing and/or procurement activities run in accordance with standard procedures, cost efficiency, and schedules (timeline). Purchasing & Cost Control Manager is responsible for all purchasing and/or procurement processes and the administration in it, as well as overseeing the performance of all teams in the purchasing & cost control department.

Qualifications :
• Experienced in the same field 2-3 years
• Experienced in F&B (Restaurant)
• Have a experience of working in a team
• Willing to working in Pererenan, Bali

Responsibilities :
• Make a procurement plan
• Control spend and build a long-term saving on procurement costs
• Update monthly spending budget on purchases to Finance Department
• Coordinate with Finance Department for new acquisition and project planning budget
