PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside (BGCGRR). They also must promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, your role is to help grow the talent in BGCGRR by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.

Working hours: 8am - 5pm (full-time, 8 hours per day)

This position will have a variety of working conditions, including:

Office Work (70%-80%)

Job Fairs, recruitment efforts, etc. (20%-30%)
