Experience: 4 years minimum hands-on experience as Senior L2 or Junior L3 support on a Global shared services environment for systems and infrastructure based on an ITIL framework. Education: Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or any IT related degree. IT certifications: ITIL, OS, VMs, Network, Cloud Job Description Be the main point of contact between the local, APAC, global customers, and the ICT Organization. Understand the business needs and collaborate with other ICT Teams to define and implement suitable solutions. Provide the customers with ICT support to ensure the business continuity and efficiency.
