Hotel Group Revenue Manager - KwaZulu Natal - R50000+

We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Group Revenue Manager to join our team. The role will be based at our Head Office and the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential channel revenue opportunities for our group's resorts. You will be required to formulate long and short-term channel development strategies and oversee their successful execution to achieve growth in market share.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Channel and Revenue Optimisation strategy

- Establish working relationships with all OTA

- Create packages and promotions in line with company strategies

- Monitor, measure, and analyse OTA campaign performance metrics

- Collaborate with marketing and web developers to ensure the resorts' websites are optimised

- Stay current on emerging channel technologies, providers, and trends to maximise revenue
