• Processing orders, and preparing documents for customers and suppliers [DO, PACKING LIST, GR, RGF]
• Control and manage inventory (eg; stock movement (in-out), missing stock tracking)
• Receive, stock in new products, and restock
• Follow up on product issues, quality issues and delivery issues
• Communicate efficiently with related departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Proper filing and office supplies

• Detail-oriented
• Good in critical thinking and problem solving
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Able to prioritize and complete tasks within the given dateline
• Has a positive attitude and is looking for a good career advancement
• Open to work discussion and new ideas to ensure efficiency
• Good in Google Sheets/Docs [from simple to advance formulas]
• Experience in inventory management is a plus
• Sound knowledge in maths
